Is it free to list a home or builder profile?
Yes. Listing a home, joining the community, and creating a builder profile are all free. Builders and brands can pay for featured placement and verified profiles, but the core platform is free for everyone.
What's the difference between a tiny home and a modular home?
A tiny home is usually under 400 sq ft and often built on a trailer (on wheels). A modular home is factory-built in sections and placed on a foundation — not on wheels. Both count as small living, and both live here.
Do you sell the homes directly?
No — we're a marketplace and community. Homes are sold by their owners and builders. We connect you and help you compare, but the transaction is between you and the seller.
How do quote requests work?
Tell us what you want to build and we match you with builders who serve your area and format. They reach out with quotes — there's no fee and no obligation.
Can I put a tiny home anywhere?
Not quite — zoning varies by municipality. Our province guides walk through what's allowed where, and matched builders know the local rules.
How do I become Builder of the Month?
Verified builders are automatically eligible. We feature one each month based on reviews, build quality and community engagement.
